Logicbank LLC announces the creation of a new Domain Investment Fund. The primary objective will be purchasing internet domains and web properties consistent with the company’s development objectives. Additionally, the fund will pursue investments in domains and web properties with significant internet traffic derived primarily through Direct Navigation. Syndication of the fund continues and is expected to close late third quarter 2005.
