Online Registration for the Summer 2009 session of the Toronto Rock Camp is now open. Please visit the Toronto Rock Camp Registration Page, learn about the Toronto Rock Camp Programs, Dates and Fees and apply online with the Toronto Rock Camp Online Registration Form.

Logicbank Project receives Ministry of Education Support

Logicbank is please to announced that its School Media not for profit music camp for children project, the Toronto Rock Camp, has received support from the Ontario Ministry of Education’s (MOE) Focus on Youth Program and from the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB).

The support from the MOE and the TCDSB, as well as from our corporate sponsors, will allow us to develop and implement an expanded Scholarship and Bursary Program.

Logicbank to develop Non Profit Music Camp for Kids

Logicbank’s School Media project will develop, organize and run a not for profit music camp for children aged 11 through 17 this summer. The Toronto Rock Camp will take place in Toronto, Canada, and afford children the opportunity to join their peers in a Rock and Roll Band. Logicbank.org to launch Online Music School

Logicbank.org’s School Media initiative is set to launch an online Music School. Utilizing an online learning management ”Virtual School” solution, the school will be open to students worldwide and can be branded with individual music schools identity and content. Localizations will be available in several languages. The solution will be marketed for Music Schools across in the EU and North America.The “Virtual School” is currently in testing in a select number of schools and will be rolled out to Public School Boards across North America during the 2008-2009 Academic year through a non-profit initiative.

The Logibank.org initiative, School Media will develop and deploy technology solutions for Public School Boards in North America. Initial testing of a comprehensive learning management solution will take place through Spring 2008 with wider scale deployment scheduled for the 2008-2009 Academic year. More details to follow.
